How many guests can we celebrate with at Alaiar?
Alaiar hosts intimate weddings for up to 60 guests plus kids. This allows us to create a personal atmosphere and give every celebration the attention it deserves.
Will Alaiar be exclusively ours?
Yes. The finca and its celebration spaces are reserved exclusively for your wedding, giving you and your guests the privacy to enjoy the day in your own way.
Can we stay at Alaiar?
Yes. Can Ribes, our Mallorcan guesthouse with a garden and pool, has three double rooms for up to six guests. Additional accommodation for your wedding party can be arranged.
What happens if the weather changes?
Mallorca’s climate means that the weather is rarely a concern. Whenever possible, we plan for the ceremony, reception and dinner to take place outdoors. We monitor the forecast closely and remain completely flexible, adapting the timing or setting when needed so that you can make the most of Alaiar’s outdoor spaces. We also have a complete indoor Plan B for up to 60 guests. In our experience, however, we rarely need to use it for weddings.
Do you help with planning and trusted suppliers?
Yes. From the first enquiry onwards, we guide you through the planning process and connect you with trusted local partners for food, flowers, music, photography, transport and more. Together, we shape every part of the celebration around your wishes.
Which services does Alaiar provide?
Catering, decoration and DJs are arranged exclusively through Alaiar. We can also coordinate a trusted network of local professionals and services for your wedding:
- Catering – exclusively provided through Alaiar
- Decoration and flowers – exclusively created by our team; the decoration shown on our website and Instagram is our own work
- Guest transport – shuttle services, minibuses and coaches
- Music and entertainment – DJs exclusively through Alaiar, as well as artists and live bands
- Professional photographers
- Hotel recommendations for your guests
- Hairdressers and beauty services
- Celebrants for symbolic and non-religious ceremonies
- Boat and sailing trips before or after the wedding for groups of 2 to 90 guests
How do we begin planning our wedding at Alaiar?
Send us your preferred date, estimated guest count and a few details about the celebration you imagine. We will reply personally with availability, initial ideas and a clear proposal for your wedding at Alaiar.
What time can our wedding begin and end?
Weddings at Alaiar usually begin at around 3 pm and finish around midnight. The exact schedule for the ceremony, reception, dinner and party is coordinated individually and included with your detailed proposal.
Is there a minimum spend?
No, there is no minimum spend requirement. The final price depends on your chosen menu, decoration and additional services. You will receive a clear, individually prepared proposal based on your celebration.
