The Heart of Alaiar
Can Castell
At the heart of Alaiar lies Can Castell, with its romantic courtyard, historic natural-stone walls, former stables and impressive fireplace. It is a place made for gathering around long tables, celebrating beneath the open sky and spending meaningful time together.
Beyond the old orchard, the former carriage house is now home to our small farm shop, where we serve barista coffee alongside a selection of Alaiar products, including olive oil, almonds, preserves and wine.
Can Ribes & the Estate
Just a few steps from the courtyard lies Can Ribes, our traditional Mallorcan guesthouse with a private garden and pool. Its three double rooms offer space for up to six guests to stay at Alaiar.
The two houses are surrounded by our 34-hectare estate, with almond, carob and olive trees, one hectare of vineyards and ten beehives – all set against sweeping views towards the Tramuntana mountains.
