Classic Wine Tasting
More than 2,000 years ago, the Romans brought viticulture to Mallorca. Today, the island is considered one of Spain’s most exciting wine regions, shaped by indigenous grape varieties, Mediterranean sunshine and a new generation of passionate winemakers.
Alaiar lies between the rural heartland of Es Pla and the renowned Binissalem wine region, surrounded by numerous wineries. On one hectare of our 34-hectare estate, we cultivate around 3,000 vines and continue a tradition that has formed part of Mallorcan life for centuries.
Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a first glass of wine. In an engaging and accessible way, we introduce the history of winemaking on the island and explore the production, character and aromas of selected Mallorcan wines.
The tasting is accompanied by carefully selected local products and can be presented in German, English or Spanish.

Our farm shop opens when groups visit Alaiar, offering the chance to take a taste of the estate and the island home.
Discover Agua Para Las Ranas, wines specially blended by us, alongside selected wines from neighbouring wineries.
You will also find our own estate products: organic olive oil, almonds, honey and homemade citrus marmalade, subject to availability — a reminder of your time at Alaiar or a gift to share.
Our own vineyard is already growing here at Alaiar, and we hope to produce our first wine from our own grapes around 2028.
Purchases can be paid for on site by cash or card.
