El Agua Para Las Ranas – Rosado 2018
El agua para las ranas, el vino rosado para tí – that means as much as “the water for the frogs, the rosé wine for you”. A saying that is applied, when water is offered instead of wine. The rosé wine made from the local Mallorcan grape varieties Manto Negro and Callet is wonderfully fruity, has fine aromas of red early summer berries, such as currant, a hint of strawberry and elegantly integrated acidity. It gets its strength from Cabernet Sauvignon, which has a smaller part in the classic Mallorcan rosé wine.
The refreshing rosé is especially good to enjoy on hot summer days, by the sea or at the pool and can be combined well with seafood.
