A welcome tasting of regional wines sets the scene as our Mediterranean market comes to life. At rustic stalls, our chefs prepare and serve small plates in front of your guests — inviting everyone to explore, taste and enjoy at their own pace.
From Spanish tapas to wood-grilled meats, fish and seafood from the plancha, colourful vegetables and seasonal desserts, the selection is agreed in advance. Guests gather around wine barrels or take a seat at bistro tables in the courtyard.

02 — Three-Course Menu
Your experience begins with a tasting of selected wines and a garden reception with Jamón Serrano and a selection of Spanish cheeses. Then take your seat for a freshly prepared three-course menu inspired by the season and the ingredients available at the market.
Served on individual plates or on sharing stands, the meal brings Spanish and Mallorcan flavours to your table. We agree the menu with you in advance, creating a relaxed occasion to enjoy good food and conversation.
Avocado and tomato tartare with fresh coriander for summer, or a warming potato and leek soup with truffle for the cooler months.
Options include tender Ibérico pork, beef entrecôte, fish according to availability, or Mallorcan tumbet — a vegan dish of layered, roasted vegetables.
Choose from desserts such as Crema Catalana, Mallorcan almond cake, chocolate brownie, banoffee or seasonal fruit. A dessert buffet can be arranged as an optional addition.
