Paella Cooking Experience
Welcomed with a tasting of Alaiar wine, your group prepares a traditional Spanish paella and Mallorcan trampó salad under the guidance of our chefs. Each guest is equipped with a chef’s hat and apron, ready to take part — from preparing the ingredients to cooking together around the large paella pans.
If your guests prefer to relax and watch, the experience can also be arranged as a live cooking show, with our chefs preparing the paella in front of the group.
While the paella cooks, we serve alioli, fresh bread and olives. The experience concludes with a seasonal Mallorcan dessert, Hierbas and coffee. For groups looking for a playful challenge, the activity can also be organised as a team competition.
